As a blonde specialist, Tessa has always been a hard worker. Growing up in the Lake
Winnipesaukee area, Tessa always saw Southern Maine as being the best place to begin.
Starting off her career in hair as an apprentice at Bei Cappelli she worked to build up her skills
from learning on the job. Instead of learning from behind a desk, Tessa sought a hands-on, in
salon learning experience and has transformed her art into a successful career. Tessa sees
herself as the artist whose role it is to create and uphold her client’s vision. She was initially
drawn to the industry by its freedoms and individuality, and she loves that she can use her
creativity to uplift those around her. Born of that desire to best serve her clients, she frequently
seeks new knowledge and techniques. From certifications in Bellami extensions, to becoming a
Master of Balayage Ambassador, taking cutting classes from Celebrity Stylists Graham Nation
and Monica Brady (among others), and color classes by other prominent colorists, she never
stops seeking to increase her knowledge. When she’s not behind the chair you can expect her
to be spending time with her family; her fiancé Dylan and their daughter Daisy.
